You must be 21 years of age (unless otherwise specified) to enter, purchase, and consume alcohol. You will need to show photo identification to enter our club. Valid forms of ID are as follows:
- State issued Driver’s License
- State issued ID
- Official Passport
- Military ID
We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance because we cannot guarantee tickets will still be available for purchase at the door. We do not hold seats or tickets.
Please see our online calendar for dates and show times. Doors open for early shows about 90 minutes before showtime, and 30 minutes before late shows.
Dress Code: Guests are asked to wear casual evening attire. Attire shall be deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of management. For security reasons, management reserves the right to search personal items and may request that personal belongings not be permitted into the venue.

Our shows typically consist of a host, a feature performer, and a headliner. The show runs approximately ninety minutes; but are not held to a time limit, so come to the club ready to laugh and have a good time!
Don’t worry, just show your photo identification at our box office and we can print your tickets for you again, free of charge. You can also present your mobile e-ticket on your cell phone at the door.

Unfortunately, we do not mail tickets, however you are welcome to pick up your tickets by showing photo identification at our Box Office any time prior to your show. Our box office can also e-mail you your purchased tickets to print off at your convenience. (Be advised most promotional tickets must be picked up at the box office window with the promotional materials in exchange for admission tickets therefore cannot be emailed). You can always add your mobile tickets to your cell phone / passport and present it at the door!
Yes. We accept all major credit cards through our box office.
In our showroom, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We are handicap accessible. There is a service elevator on the south side of the building by the stairs. If these accommodations are needed we ask that you please notify the Box Office in advance so we can arrange for proper seating as well
Taking photographs, filming, videotaping or other recording during the show without the consent of the club and the artist is strictly prohibited. We do occasionally offer the opportunity for “Meet and Greets” with the performers after the show. Patrons participating in this are welcome to take pictures during that time.
We do have a Group Party Reservation Service for parties of 20 guests or more. Contact our Marketing and Events Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information and requirements.

We have a variety of tables that can seat a range of 2-14 people.
If there is not a chart available online to choose your table then the seating will be on a first come, first served basis.
Quorum Plaza, where the Improv is located, does offer valet.
We do our best to offer of variety of options on our regular menu that accommodate various diets and food allergies. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let your server know; we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

The two item minimum is a purchase requirement per person in the showroom. Any two item combination of food or beverage satisfies the minimum.
The service fee is passed down from the ticketing service and includes other applicable taxes and fees.
Can I get reserved seating besides going through the event coordinator? What is the price range of drinks?
Sometimes there are VIP tiers which reserves seating for select shows.
There are no refunds, transfers or exchanges, unless an event is cancelled by the artist or venue.
Seating is first come first serve unless there is a seating chart online available for you to pick your table. The chart is not available for every show.

The box office can always re-generate your ticket. Please bring your valid photo i.d. and the credit card used to make the purchase.
