Your ticket purchase is considered your “reservation”.
We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance because we cannot guarantee tickets will still be available for purchase at the door.

Please see our online calendar for dates and show times.  Doors open for early shows about 90 minutes before showtime, and 30 minutes before late shows.

Dress Code: Guests are asked to wear casual evening attire. We do ask that no large hats be worn in the venue, as it can be a visual obstruction for other guest.
All attire shall be deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of management.
For security reasons, management reserves the right to search personal items and may request that personal belongings not be permitted into the venue.

Our shows typically consist of a host, a feature performer, and a headliner.
Each show is approximately ninety minutes; but we are not held to a time limit, so come to the club ready to laugh and have a good time!

Show your photo identification and credit card used to purchase, at our box office and we can print your tickets for you again, free of charge.
You can also present your mobile e-ticket on your cell phone at the door.

There are TONS of ways!

We do not mail tickets, tickets may be received via TicketFast (e-mail) or Will Call (box office pick up, by showing photo identification and credit card used)
If you purchase tickets directly at the box office you will receive your ticket/s at the time of transaction.

(Be advised most promotional tickets must be picked up at the box office window with the promotional materials in exchange for admission tickets therefore cannot be emailed).

We accept all major credit cards through our box office.

In our showroom, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We are handicap accessible.
There is a service elevator on the south side of the building by the stairs.
If accommodations are needed we ask that you please notify the Box Office in advance, or speak with our door staff day of show, so we can arrange for proper seating.

Taking photographs, filming, videotaping or other recording during the show without the consent of the club and the artist is strictly prohibited.  We do occasionally offer the opportunity for “Meet and Greets” with the performers after the show. Patrons participating in this are welcome to take pictures during that time.

We do have a Group Party Reservation Service for parties of 20 guests or more.  (This does not always guarantee a discount.)

Seating is communal style seating where guest are seated with other couples. We have a variety of tables that can seat a range of 2-14 people.

Quorum Plaza, where the Improv is located, does offer valet.

We do our best to offer of variety of options on our regular menu that accommodate various diets and food allergies.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please let your server know; we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

We encourage positive reviews to be submitted on Yelp and Social Media for your friends to see.

We are always looking for new and experienced talented people to join our team.
We encourage you to come down to submit a resume and fill out an application.

All guest are required to purchase 2 items, per person in the showroom.
This can be any two items from our menu, food and/or beverage (soda, beer, bottled water, cocktails etc..).

The service fee is passed down from the ticketing service and includes other applicable taxes and fees.

There are no refunds, transfers or exchanges, unless an event is cancelled by the artist or venue.

Seating varies from show to show.

Shows that occur during Monday – Thursday and Sunday with only one performance are typically first come, first serve, unless otherwise noted.

Early shows on Friday and Saturday are first come, first serve seating.

Late shows on Friday and Saturday are guest assigned seating using the seating chart that is available online at time of purchase.

Preferred Seating (when offered) is assigned by table and guest selected at the time of purchase.

Our comic events are 18 and up unless otherwise specified.

Our Saturday magic show is All Ages.

Yes, if tickets are still available the night of the show.
Most of our shows sell out so we suggest buying tickets online or over the phone in advance.

It is best if you print out your ticket; however, you may use your mobile device to generate your ticket.
If you are having issues with your mobile device you can visit the box office and show your ID, and C/C used to make your purchase and have your ticket printed.

If you have received a red “Improv ShowPass” card you may visit to see what shows the pass is eligible for and to purchase tickets.
